The other day when I tried to start my truck after pulling into a gas station, it wouldn't start. Since what it was doing seemed in context with the work NW Auto had recently performed on it, I called and spoke with Bob. In no time Alex showed up and, not only got it started but diagnosed it as a bad cell in the battery (having nothing to do with the work they had performed). He suggested I get a new battery and stop by and they would put it in for me. While I felt bad for assuming, it was reassuring to know that that level of customer service is alive and well today and present at NW Auto. Thanks guys!
