I never thought I'd give a 5-star rating to an auto repair shop!   But Northwest Auto made it happen when they hired Phillip Hale!    Phillip is an excellent mechanic and an exceptional person.  He has taken care of my car for several years, and I followed him when he went to Northwest Auto.   How could I not?!     I trusted the high quality service he consistently provides.    You can't let the good ones get away!! Bobbie F.
