So I was driving along and the transmission on my car suddenly went out. I limped it into the nearest auto repair shop which happened to be Northwest Auto Center...which was lucky for me. They were very helpful. They were able to take the car in within the hour and do some diagnostics. The woman at the front desk gave me a ride all the way up to Kenmore. They were fair and honest and didn't charge me too much. Very impressed! Matthew Accola
