I first brought my 2011 Jetta TDI to the dealer with a check engine light on and hard shifting and power surging on the freeway. They told my that I just needed a software update and sent me on my way. On there invoice it told me that my car was in good working order and all fluid were great. shortly after I left the problem got worse. I live in Spokane and am from Bellevue. I worked in the auto parts biz. Northwest auto center was the only shop I trust on both sides of the state. So I towed my truck over there 300 miles to his shop and it was worth it. The found the real problems that it had a plugged and the transmission was way over due for service. They fixed it in a timely matter and the car has never ran better. I bought it used about a year ago. So that being said I would trust this shop over any dealer because they fix the really problem and for a far price. I am going to go after the dealer because all they did is charge me 300 to just turn the check engine light off. If I ever have any problem I will tow if needed back to this shop and I recommend you do too. ryan wallace
